Just spent 5 hours at MIM and didn't see all the exhibits! This is a must see if you are ever in the Phoenix area. Just opened in 2010, there are exhibits of all the countries in the world showcasing their instruments and their musical influences. The audio guide automatically turns on and off as you face each exhibit. And there is much more - exhibits of musical styles, of famous musicians, mechanics, restoration, hands on playing...AND a special exhibit of women in rock and roll.
